The City of Milton has a new family friendly gathering place with Uptown Koffee and Kafe, located at 2700 Milton Way. Owners John and Missy Fietz have planned this café for some time, and plan to make it a community gathering place for years to come.
This café has a rustic, homey feel, with a cozy fireplace surrounded by windows, overlooking Milton’s abundance of trees. Hand-crafted furniture, put together by John Fietz, contributes to the relaxing atmosphere. Whether people just want an espresso or a place to take their kids for breakfast, Uptown Koffee and Kafe is aiming to be the go-to location. And for all your gift-giving needs, Missy has filled the shop with some of the most special items that will fit for any occasion.
“A lot of people assume it’s a coffee shop, which it is, but to us it’s so much more than a coffee shop. It’s a place to come and sit and meet people and mingle and a place that has food and space for people to have gatherings,” Missy Fietz said.

We brew every cup “One Cup at a Time”, crafting a perfect cup to every individual customer’s preference. You won’t find any pre-brews, instead, you’ll find customized blends made from high quality beans from around the world.
When you visit our shop, you’ll be greeted by one of our awesome and knowledgeable baristas excited to help you find the perfect blend! As a full service-coffee bar, we take care of everything from grinding your beans to mixing in your cream and sugar; making our drinks true “cups of love,” as we like to call them..
But, if you happen to be a person who does not enjoy the comforts of coffee, we also offer a nice variety of beverages such as teas, lemonades, smoothies, shakes and so much more. Not only does this Urban/Rustic Koffee and Kafe have indoor and outdoor seating where you can enjoy tasty homemade items for Breakfast or Lunch by a fire. This Kafe has a nice little treat for those of you who are 21+. As promised, the owners have brought in wine, beer and KOCKTAILS. To accompany these beverages are great appetizer food items (which are only available for dine in). What better way to relax and unwind after a long day of work than sitting next to a fireplace with a nice cold beer, glass of wine or signature kocktail in your hand? Don’t forget to try our famous wine slushies! You won’t find anything like them around!
